An update on the St Peter's Partnership

After 5 years of being in a partnership of support to St Peter’s Oadby, it has been decided to not renew the relationship. The spirit of the partnership has always been one of seeking to serve and bless one another, and we will close the partnership in that same spirit. We also want to avoid any sense of failure or blame for any party. The ending of this partnership means that St John's will no longer be involved in the leadership of St Peter's.

Both churches are in a different place when it comes to need, and we have different ambitions and vision now. The leadership team here at St John's are grateful for the lessons we have learned from this partnership, and we believe we are ready as a church to do new things and embrace the growing opportunities that network and being a Resourcing Church offers us.
