HIRE A ROOM
We love to see our community grow and our facilities being used. This is why we offer affordable multipurpose room hire.
Below you will find details of the rooms that we have available to hire, and a guide on our prices and their use. If you can't find what you are looking for please do get in touch and we will see how we can help.
All of our rooms are air-conditioned and so provide year-round comfort, they also have access to a shared kitchen (suitable for making drinks and basic refreshments) and toilets. The rooms are normally on a 'self-service' basis, which helps to keep our costs as low as possible and we ask that rooms are cleaned and tided by the hirer on departure. Free Guest Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.

Please note that as this is a Christian Place of Worship we are not able to accept bookings for any kind of religious celebrations. We are also not able to accept bookings of a political nature. The rooms are also in regular use for our internal purposes and so are not available all of the time. In particular we don't have any availability on Sundays for bookings.

Octagon Room
The Octagon Room is the largest room we have available to hire. There is a wall-mounted TV that can be used for presentations etc. There are blinds in the room that can be used to make the room dark if required.
Maximum number of people: approx. 40-50 depending on room layout
Room Size: 65sqM approx.
Standard Rate: ​£18 per/hour (discounts may be available for regular bookings or community groups)
Minimum Booking Time: For parties a minimum booking of 3 hours applies. For all bookings a minimum of 2 hours applies.
​Ideal uses for the room include: Children's Birthday Parties, Performing Arts Classes, Fitness Classes, Community Meetings, Business Meetings, Family Gatherings/Parties etc.
Back Room
The Back Room is the smaller room we have available to hire. There is a wall-mounted TV that can be used for presentations etc.
Maximum number of people: approx. 20-30 depending on room layout
Room Size: 49sqM approx.
Standard Rate: ​£15 per/hour (discounts may be available for regular bookings or community groups)
Minimum Booking Time: For all bookings a minimum of 2 hours applies.
​Ideal uses for the room include: Music lessons, Community Meetings, Business Meetings, etc.
